((305)) Fitness has made its way to our nation's capital. Whether you're a workout junkie or a dance fanatic, this class is calling your name. Beginning this Thursday, July 10 through Thursday, July 17, ((305)) Fitness will be offering free classes with top NYC instructors, including founder Sadie Kurzban, who will be in town teaching for the launch week. Top NYC instructors Brittney Mooney and Natalia Roberts will also teach during the launch week, but they'll be heading up ((305)) Fitness in Washington permanently, relocating here from NYC.

Classes combine dance moves with athletic drills and high intensity interval training to give you a full body workout. But don't let this intimidate you because each 55-minute class features a live DJ and club-esque lighting that will make your workout feel like a night out with your friends. By the time it's over you won't even realize you burned 800 calories. —Kate Friedman
