After months of excitement over when exactly SoulCycle's first Washington studio will open, we're finally getting closer to the opening date. A publicist for SoulCycle confirms that the studio's "doors [are] opening August 2nd." Got that, SoulCycle fanatics?

To recap: the D.C. outpost of the NYC-based indoor cycling phenomenon is more than 3,000 square feet, and will include a 55-bike studio, a retail boutique, and rider amentities like shower and a locker area. SoulCycle D.C. will be followed by SoulCycle Bethesda in the fall.
