D.C., your non-stop, sexy dance workout party has arrived. On June 16, NYC-based ((305)) Fitness kicks off its national expansion by opening an outpost in Logan Circle within BodySmith Gym + Studio.
What makes ((305)) Fitness different from other dance classes? First of all, every 55-minute class feature a live DJ playing an immersive soundtrack and clubby lighting in a dark room so you can really get your dance on. The full-body cardio workout combines dance moves, sports drills, and high intensity interval training (HIIT). It feels like "a workout disguised as a night out partying," according to a ((305)) Fitness press release. A calorie-blasting partying, that is.
Classes will normally be held weekday evenings and weekends, with a schedule set to come out soon. To kick off ((305)) Fitness D.C., top NYC instructors will be teaching classes during the launch week, including ((305)) Fitness founder Sadie Kurzban and instructor Brittney Mooney. A single class will be $26, and introductory packages will be available.
