Washingtonian's Shop Around blog posts a very interesting rumor that American-made watch and leather goods brand Shinola is looking to bring a store to Washington, D.C., and 14th Street is where they want to open. Reps didn't respond to Washingtonian's request for more information, and Washingtonian doesn't mention a timeline as of yet.
Shinola watches are currently sold at local boutique Tiny Jewel Box. The brand is growing at a rapid clip, opening a second store in Detroit this summer.
