Katy Perry really fit a lot into her D.C. visit. Between hanging with Joe Biden, seeing the sights, and playing sold-out Verizon center shows, she still had time for a trip to the National Portrait Gallery to see her own portrait hanging on the wall. Yes, she took a selfie of the Will Cotton "Cupcake Katy" portrait. It's not on her Instagram yet, though. Gotta say that we love the Opening Ceremony & Magritte dress and long pink ponytail she wore for the monumental occasion.
