After just opening a new shop at the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City in May, looks like Free People is getting ready to move into the District. Georgetown Metropolitan has it from the ANC agenda that the boho retailer will open at the former Fino Italiano space at 3009 M Street.

This will be the first Free People store in the District of Columbia, but the sixth store in our area, joining shops in Bethesda, Pentagon City, Clarendon, Towson, and Tysons Corner. We've reached out to a Free People press representative to confirm the news and find out about an opening date, so stay tuned.
