Our latest Racked Fit Club is going to make you work! On June 21, the longest day of the year, Reformation Fitness in Shaw is treating you to an extra long workout. Here's the cool thing: you'll get a great feel for the whole Reformation experience in one afternoon. Reformation specializes in small group, integrated fitness classes, including Pilates Reformer, chair, TRX, kettlebells, mat, and yoga.
So for our free Racked Fit Club, from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 21, you'll cycle through a series of mini classes including Pilates Reformer with Chair, TRX suspension training/metabolic conditioning, and a fast-paced Pilates mat/ball class that incorporates boot camp exercises with traditional mat Pilates. Our muscles are sore already just thinking about it — in the best possible way. And our friends at Gouter are back for Racked Fit Club! They'll treat us to raw, organic tonics after our workout.
