Great news, Bethesda Drybar fans—no longer will you have to endure your luxury blow-out without a stiff drink. Maryland governor Martin O'Malley has just signed into law MD HB137—aka The Drybar Bill—which sets up an alcohol licensing system for beauty salons with Montgomery County. This means starting July 1, you can give your hair the Southern Comfort look ("big hair, lots of volume"), with a side of champers. Finally: Drybar's moniker is no longer an oxymoron! Score.
