The newest outpost of intense fitness boutique Solidcore is now open in Mt. Vernon Triangle at 433 Massachusetts Avenue NW, joining studios in Adams Morgan and Shaw. Our friends at design firm Studio3877 sent over some photos of the new studio, which keeps Solidcore's trademark industrial look. Blue LED lighting is built around the mirror and concrete floors and walls, and fluorescent tube lights are coming soon. There is no natural light in the studio, so the focus is entirely on the workout. It's a little dark, a little mysterious, and a little bit clubby. Want to get in a workout at the new studio? Solidcore is running a few promos for new clients, including a $99 five-class pass for the Massachusetts Avenue location. See all the deals here.
