What's on the shelves for spring at Alexandria fav Zoe Boutique? Classic, timeless pieces that will work for spring 2014 and beyond. After the jump Zoe Boutique owner Susan Gerock leads us through her favorite looks this season, pulling pieces from designers like Rebecca Taylor, Velvet, and Alice + Trixie.

And if you see something you love, take note: next weekend, April 4 through 6, Zoe is celebrating their third birthday with a 20% off sale on everything in the store. They're also giving away a free gift with purchase, and hosting a raffle for three $100 gift cards and one $250 gift card.

Stripes: Trends come and go, but stripes are forever. Gerock pulled a simple but chic t-shirt dress from Lily Aldridge for Velvet, as well as bright Trina Turk cotton shift and a Velvet by Graham & Spencer blazer. She explained: "We are so inspired by the Spring trend La Marinière, which is the name for the classic French sailor shirt or the "Breton shirt" (named after Brittany, the coastal region in Western France). French women refer to this as "un basique," meaning a basic but essential piece of their wardrobe."

Geometrics: Gerock is really into geometrics this season, and carries two dresses and a loose top from label Alice + Trixie that pick up on the trend. Pair with solid colors or try to mix patterns for a bolder look. This is advanced level print mixing, but Gerock thinks tribal prints and geometrics work well together.

Florals: Zoe Boutique stocks florals of all sorts, from small, delicate understated prints like the florals used in Velvet's lightweight cotton voile button-up or Rebecca Taylor's dramatic, goth-y Ghost Flower top.
