Surprise! A Nails and Wax Bar Will Open Next to Blo Gaithersburg

We reported earlier that international chain Blo Blow Dry Bar was headed to the D.C. area, with locations in Dupont - opening this weekend! - and Gaithersburg, Maryland. But there's more. The company just announced that the Gaithersburg Blo will have a cool neighbor, Body By Blo, a beauty bar dedicated to nails and wax. This is a very new thing: the Gaithersburg location will be the second Body By Blo concept launched. The first Body by Blo is opening in Boston on March 27.

Open seven days a week, the blow dry bar and the beauty bar will share a space but have two separate builds. "Kind of like Pink and Victoria Secret," a PR rep explained. Stay tuned for the opening date for Gaithersburg's newest beauty destination.
