Wow, we didn't realize that our arms were going to be as sore as our legs after our ride at Zengo Cycle for the latest edition of Racked Fit Club. Racked readers met up on Saturday afternoon to work up a sweat in Zengo's sleek and modern basement studio on 14th Street, and instructor Gregg Pitts definitely challenged us with a class that could only be described as a full body workout.

Pitts helped us set up our bikes and clip in, the lights dimmed, and then the calorie-blasting pace didn't let up for 50 intense minutes. But Pitts got us motivated to keep going with a hit-heavy playlist (Katy Perry, Kesha, Rihanna, naturally) and plenty of shoutouts as we lifted two-pound weights that seemed way heavier than that and pedaled our faces off.

After class, V from Gouter hooked us up with tasty and refreshing samples of Detox, Stretch, and Digest Tonics and Nourish Melk, made right here in the nation's capital. Thanks to everyone for making it out, and stay tuned for the next Fit Club announcement!
