Top execs at Saks have a problem with Saks Off 5th outlets: they are too organized. To make it look more like Nordstrom Rack, Off 5th plans to organize shoes by size rather than brand, pile up stuff more generously, and include overstock from sister store Lord & Taylor. [Racked]
