The wave of new indoor cycling studio openings continues. Robert Dyer reports that indoor cycling and pilates studio PureRyde will open in 2014 in the Bradley Shopping Center. According to BethesdaNow, the 1,820-square-foot space will be the third location nationwide for PureRyde, which has a studio in Austin, Tex. and another opening soon in Oxford, Miss.
So what's different about PureRyde? Their website says that the bikes used for PureRyde allow riders to move in three planes of motion throughout the workout, working more muscles groups.
