Yesterday, the Washington Business Journal reported that American Eagle Outfitters signed a lease to move into the ground floor of a new office building set to be built at 10th and F streets NW. That's right near Zara, H&M, J.Crew, Anthro, the massive Forever21, and adjacent to the retail shops set to open at CityCenterDC.

But the American Eagle won't open its doors in the very near future. Construction for the building will start this year, and completion is slated for the end of 2015. How do you think American Eagle Outfitters will do downtown? What brands do you want to see in the Metro Center/Penn Quarter area?
