Ada Polla, chief executive of D.C.-based skincare company Alchemie Forever, is not a fan of Gmail tabs. The New York Times queried retailers about the new Gmail mailbox format, and Polla is worried that she won't be able to reach the email addresses she worked so hard to get. [NYT]
