Family-owned, San Francisco-based hat makers Goorin Bros. will open their 28th U.S. retail location in Georgetown just in time for the holidays. According to a PR rep, the 1,000-square-foot store is slated to open on Friday, November 22 at 1214 Wisconsin Avenue NW.
Expect wood floors, a tin ceiling, and custom mahogany cabinetry and shelving in the brand's first D.C. store. There will also be a gilded Goorin Bros. logo in 24-carat gold in the shop's front window. Fancy! As for merchandise, the artisan hats range from wide-brimmed classic fedoras to American-made tweed flatcaps.
