Have you been as mesmerized as we have by those kaleidoscope-esque commercials for the Peter Pilotto for Target collection? They won't be on TV screens much longer, because this is the weekend the collection launches in Targets across the nation and online at Target.com and Net-a-Porter. It's happening this Sunday, February 9 and for D.C. residents, yes, they're carrying the line at the Columbia Heights Target.
After the jump, we're posting more locations in Maryland and Virginia where you can shop the collection, as well as a mini-primer with everything you need to know before launch day, from what time to get there, the lowdown on returns, why Peter Pilotto is having a seriously great 2014, and more.

Here's why fashion fiends dig Peter Pilotto
Fresh off winning the 2014 BFC/Vogue Designer Fashion Fund award, the London-based designers behind Peter Pilotto are set to invade the U.S. via their Target collection. Known for their bright and playful kaleidoscopic prints, Peter Pilotto and Christopher De Vos's designs have been worn by celebs like Cate Blanchett, Kerry Washington, and Sandra Bullock.
Unlike the 3.1 Phillip Lim for Target collection, Peter Pilotto's Target collection is not a carbon copy of anything you'll see on the runway. But this is the first time Peter Pilotto has experimented with swimwear, and the Target collection offers accessories like sunglasses and slip-on sneakers.
Know the lookbook
Print-lovers, check out the full lookbook or Racked NY's handy Pinterest page and figure out which piece(s) you'll make a beeline for when you get to Target. Keep in mind that pricing for the collab will run you between $14.99 and $79.99 for clothing (which includes apparel and swim), and $16.99 to $39.99 for accessories. And don't forget that some of the pieces are online exclusives, like the red floral/check print sweatshirt and the matching bikini bottom and tote, and the green floral stripe pencil skirt and matching bikini top.
When to get there
The doors open at Target at 8 a.m. on Sunday, so be there early for the best selection. Just as an FYI, when we arrived for the Philip Lim launch at the Columbia Heights Target at 7:30 a.m., there were about 40 people in line.

What to do if you need to return:
According to Racked NY, Target's customer service says that they'll honor the standard 90-day return rule, but in the past, collaboration return policies have differed. It's best to check your receipt, and remember to check back in to see if anyone has returned a piece you wanted.
