After one year, contemporary fine jeweler Amethyst closed up shop in the Mosaic District in Fairfax. And that means storewide deals at the original Amethyst Bethesda location, which sells jewelry ranging from $3,400 Anne Sportun engagement rings, $90 Lina flower hoop earrings, modern Mickey Lynn jewelry using materials like druzy, sterling silver and vermeil, and pieces from Amethyst's in-house designer Karina Salum. Amethyst owner Amy Hugo wrote on the store's Facebook page:
Sadly, we have closed our beautiful Virginia store. We are going to miss our neighbors, friends and customers at the Mosaic District. We hope you will come visit us at our Bethesda store, which is now over-flowing with gorgeous jewels. To make room for new merchandise coming in, we're offering a 1 week only special with 20% off storewide!· Amethyst [Official Site]
